This Privacy Policy explains how Dongguan HuiSoar (“HuiSoar”, “we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit or interact with https://hs-lcd.com (the “Site”), create an account, place orders, make payments, subscribe to our newsletter, contact us via WhatsApp/live chat, or otherwise communicate with us for business purposes.

This Policy applies to personal information processed in connection with the Site and our B2B communications, including RFQs, quotations, account creation, online orders/payments, newsletters, and after-sales support. It does not apply to third-party websites/services linked from our Site.

  • Account data: login credentials and related profile information (password stored as a hashed value)
  • Order & billing data: order details, invoice details, shipping details
    (Payment card details are handled by third-party payment providers; we do not store full card numbers.)
  • Communications: messages via forms/email/WhatsApp/live chat and attachments

B. Information collected automatically

  • Device & usage data: IP address, device identifiers, browser type, pages viewed, timestamps, referring URLs
  • Cookies/trackers data: collected via tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and Hotjar (see Section 6)

C. Information from third parties

  • Business contact details from trade shows, distributors/resellers, referrals, and publicly available sources, where permitted.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information (e.g., government IDs, precise geolocation, health data). Please do not submit such data via the Site.

4) How We Use Personal Information

  • Orders/invoices/shipping records: typically up to 7 years (or as required)
  • Marketing lists: until you unsubscribe or we refresh/remove inactive contacts

Subject to conditions and exceptions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and object to certain processing (including direct marketing).

B) California (CCPA/CPRA) – if applicable
