The AUO C123HAX04.6 is a 12.3-inch high-brightness display module built for places where a normal screen just isn’t enough—think outdoor use and automotive displays. It runs at 1920×720 (167 PPI), and thanks to AHVA, normally-black technology, the image stays clear and stable for drivers and passengers looking at the screen from different positions.
What really stands out is brightness: it hits about 1330 nits (typ.), so the content remains readable even in strong daylight. AUO also adds anti-glare and anti-fingerprint treatment, with reflection capped at 1.5% max, which helps reduce annoying reflections and smudges in real-world use. Touch is built in as in-cell touch, and it communicates through I²C, making integration straightforward.
For connection, it uses dual-channel 8-bit LVDS with a 60-pin FPC, and the module typically runs on 3.3V. The backlight is WLED (8S6P) but without an onboard driver, so you can match it with your preferred driver design. It’s also designed to handle tough environments, rated -40 to 105°C operating and -55 to 125°C storage, which is exactly what many automotive and industrial projects require.
