13.3 Inch Full HD LCD Module for Embedded HMI
A slim 1920 × 1080 TFT display with a 30-pin eDP connection and an optional capacitive-touch configuration for embedded equipment.
Product Overview
The 13.3 Inch Full HD LCD Module provides a compact 16:9 display area for embedded systems that require detailed graphics, readable text and a relatively thin mechanical structure. Its 1920 × 1080 resolution supports equipment interfaces that combine operating data, status information, menus, diagrams and visual controls on one screen.
The active image area measures 293.76 × 165.24 mm. The complete module outline is 305.35 × 187.82 × 2.70 mm, giving mechanical engineers a defined starting point for enclosure depth, bezel placement and internal clearance planning.
The standard display path uses a 30-pin eDP connection. Capacitive touch is available as an optional project configuration and must not be assumed to be included with every module.

Full HD Visual Workspace
1920 × 1080 Interface Layout
Full HD resolution provides enough pixel capacity for dashboards, setup pages, equipment diagrams and multi-column data views. The 16:9 format is suitable for interfaces that place navigation controls beside charts, video windows, alarms or machine-status information.
Resolution alone does not determine whether text and controls will be comfortable to use. UI scaling, font size, touch-target dimensions and the intended viewing distance should be tested on a physical sample before the graphical interface is approved.
Active Image Area
The 293.76 × 165.24 mm active area defines the visible image region. Enclosure designers should distinguish this area from the full 305.35 × 187.82 mm module outline when calculating bezel overlap and the visible window.
The active area should remain unobstructed after the cover lens, front frame and adhesive structure are installed. Excessive overlap can conceal image content or create uneven visual borders.
Integrating the 13.3 Inch Full HD LCD Module
30-Pin eDP Host Qualification
The module uses a 30-pin eDP display connection, but connector count is only one part of compatibility. The host and panel must also agree on link configuration, timing, electrical levels, power requirements, connector location, contact orientation and complete pin assignment.
A matching 30-pin connector does not guarantee eDP timing, lane or pin compatibility.
Before releasing a controller PCB or display cable, compare the host output specification with the approved module interface document. An HDMI, DisplayPort, MIPI DSI, LVDS or USB video output cannot be connected directly unless suitable conversion hardware is included.
Optional Capacitive-Touch Configuration
Capacitive touch is a selectable configuration rather than a confirmed standard feature. A touch-equipped assembly requires separate confirmation of the sensor structure, controller, communications interface, connector, cable, supply requirements and cover-lens design.
The eDP path carries display information; it does not automatically carry the touch-control connection.
Projects that require touch should specify the intended host interface, required touch-point count, operating system or firmware environment, cover-glass dimensions and bonding approach. These items affect the complete display assembly even when the LCD panel remains unchanged.
Slim Mechanical Integration
2.70 mm Module Profile
The confirmed module outline is 305.35 × 187.82 × 2.70 mm. This thin panel profile is useful for compact terminals and shallow equipment housings, but the LCD depth is not necessarily the final installed depth.
The completed mechanical stack may also include:
- rear support structure;
- display and touch cables;
- connector clearance;
- optional touch sensor;
- cover lens;
- adhesive or optical bonding;
- bezel overlap;
- mounting brackets or retention features.
The approved mechanical drawing should control enclosure release rather than the three outline numbers alone.
Temperature and Enclosure Planning
The confirmed operating range is −20°C to +70°C, with storage from −30°C to +80°C. These values define module temperature boundaries but do not establish complete equipment certification or environmental protection.
Thermal design should consider heat from the controller board, power conversion, backlight system and enclosed air volume. The front structure must also provide the required mechanical support without twisting or point-loading the thin panel.
The stated temperature range does not by itself establish automotive, medical, outdoor, waterproof or high-vibration qualification.
Recommended Application Profiles
This TFT module can be evaluated for:
- embedded HMI terminals;
- industrial control panels;
- smart equipment interfaces;
- compact operator consoles;
- test and service equipment;
- OEM control products;
- display-only terminals;
- optional-touch user interfaces.
The 13.3-inch format is particularly useful when a project needs more interface area than a small HMI but cannot accommodate a large monitor-style assembly.
Projects requiring direct HDMI input, a controller board, finished enclosure, integrated speakers or standard USB touch should use a controller-equipped display product or define those additional assemblies separately.
Procurement and Sample Approval
Before approving the 13.3 Inch Full HD LCD Module, confirm the complete interface, power, mechanical and optional-touch configuration.
