Confirm the Ordered Luminance Version
The listed range should be treated as a family of brightness configurations rather than a simultaneous operating range. The purchasing specification should identify the nominal luminance, allowed tolerance, test point, backlight condition and dimming requirements for the ordered GD45 revision.
A 1000 cd/m² version and a 5000 cd/m² version have materially different power, thermal and front-window implications. The brightness decision should therefore be completed before enclosure design, cooling release and sample approval.
Test the Completed Optical Stack
Panel luminance alone does not determine installed readability. Cover-glass transmission, internal reflection, bonding method, surface contamination, display orientation and ambient-light direction all affect the final image.
Qualification should use the selected panel version behind the planned front window. Test white timetable pages, dark video, brand graphics and warning messages at the required viewing distances and angles. Obtain the panel current, backlight voltage and current, enable and dimming logic, driver architecture, startup sequence and protection requirements. Power and thermal calculations should use the approved ordered-luminance version rather than assumptions derived from another 75-inch model.

The 1649.66 × 927.936 mm active area defines the image-producing region. The 1651.6 × 930 mm view area provides a cabinet-window reference. Neither value replaces the complete panel outline and support drawing.
Mechanical release requires total width, height and depth; mounting points; keep-out zones; connector clearance; edge loading limits; panel flatness; handling points and approved support locations.
Design for Panel Load and Solar Heat
The listed panel weight is 27.6 kg typical and 30.5 kg maximum. The enclosure must support that mass without twisting the glass or loading unsupported edges.
Outdoor systems must also manage backlight heat, controller heat and solar loading. Validate airflow, heat exchangers or other cooling methods under the final enclosure and orientation.
